I like how secured the storage is, but I just wish they had a bathroom onsite or a quick way for bathroom emergencies have access to get out to go the gas station.

I've had two experiences now with storage express. The 1st was when i was in between a rental and buying our new home. The gate wouldn't work. I believe it was a weekend. Called the number listed and i was given a combination to a lock at secondary lock and got right in. No waiting. No bs. Facilities are great. Secure. Monitored. (FORGOT TO LOCK MY UNIT ONE TIME AND THEY NOTIFIED ME!) No water. No bugs. No problems. The last time I called this company was a completely different experience. My good friend had just lost a home to December tornadoes. This company with no reservations stepped up and provided storage at no cost. They have gained my loyalty for life. You can't go wrong. They stand behind their promises and they deliver every single time.

Love the fact that the premises is gated but it would be nice if people could get in after 10 pm. I work 2nd shift. Most days i do not have time to go to my unit before work if I need something. After I'm off work I can't get in. A little lighting in the units would be most helpful as well.

Quick and easy process to reserve a unit and we haven't had any issues at all. The unit looks brand new and we like how it's off the ground some to prevent water from getting in the bottom. Actually thinking of renting a second unit. Thanks!

Friendly and Speedy service Mary was great and made reserving the unit very quick and easy. She was very friendly and explained everything in detail for a smooth transaction. We would definitely use Storage Express again!
